Alt Fragrances Reviews

I ordered from Alt Fragrances the product was fine, nothing terrible there. But the whole customer service side was disappointing, especially because they make it sound like they’re quick and helpful, and that was not my experience at all.
I had a shipping issue and emailed them expecting a simple answer, but it took days to hear back. When they finally replied, it felt like they barely read my message and just rushed out a generic response. I ended up having to follow up again just to get anything clear.
It wasn’t the worst purchase I’ve ever made, but it definitely didn’t match the smooth, responsive experience they seem to promise. If they were faster and actually helpful when something goes wrong, I’d probably feel a lot better about ordering again.

I ordered this for something I had planned over the weekend, so I was expecting to be cutting it close. It ended up arriving way faster than I thought, which was a nice surprise

I assumed it would fade fast like a lot of scents do after the first hour or two, but this one actually surprised me. I sprayed it in the morning and kept catching it later in the day, which is usually a good sign. A couple people noticed it too, so based on that, I’d say the projection is solid. I’m happy with it.

I’d say it smells close to what I was hoping for, and the staying power is decent. If you’re expecting something super high-end or exact, you might notice a difference, but for everyday use and the price, I’m happy with it. Only downside was that shipping took a little longer than I would’ve liked.
